Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute interior and civil projects within approved timelines and budgets.
- Manage interior design, space planning, layouts, and 3D visualisations.
- Supervise site execution, finishing works, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project costs, material procurement, and resource allocation.
- Review drawings, estimates, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Provide regular project progress updates and resolve execution challenges.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Lumion.
- Solid project planning, budgeting, and site management skills.
- Vendor coordination, negotiation, and team management.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering / Interior Design.
- Relevant experience in interior design, civil construction, and project execution.
