About the Role
We are hiring fresh graduates for the position of Junior Revenue Cycle Representative to support healthcare revenue cycle operations. The role involves communicating with insurance payers, resolving claim-related queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with process guidelines.
Work time: 5.30 PM to 2:30 AM (Night shift) - cab facility Pick and Drop available.
Work Office Address Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls related to healthcare revenue cycle operations.
- Communicate with insurance payers to resolve claim-related queries.
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR), Eligibility and Benefits Verification (EVBV), and Authorization processes.
- Update and maintain accurate information in internal systems.
- Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Meet daily productivity, performance, and accuracy targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates from Commerce and Science streams only.
- Postgraduates, diploma holders, and Life Science graduates are not eligible.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to healthcare processes.
- Flexibility to work in a fixed night shift.
Shift Timings and Transportation
- Fixed night shift.
- Saturday and Sunday weekly offs.
- Within 40 km from office location pick-up and drop facility available.
Training and Development
Comprehensive training and on-the-job guidance will be provided to help freshers understand healthcare revenue cycle processes, develop the required skills, and perform their responsibilities effectively.
