Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O;). The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of ERP business processes, experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations based on business needs.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and improve existing processes.
- Support implementation, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams on functional design, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows,



and user training materials.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project deliverables, and functional issue tracking.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O;) or Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Functional expertise in one or more of the following modules:

- Finance: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting.
- Supply Chain Management (SCM): Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Order Management.
- Trade and Logistics.
- Production Control and Cost Accounting.

- Experience in business requirement gathering, functional configuration, and fit-gap analysis.
- Knowledge of functional specifications, testing, implementation, and production support.
- Solid analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end D365 F&O; implementation or rollout projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and migration to D365 F&O.;
- Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
- Ability to manage deliverables and coordinate with business users and project stakeholders.
