Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Run functional and regression tests, and report defects clearly
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines so every build is verified
- Work with developers, product owners, and fellow testers in an Agile/Scrum team
- Review requirements and contribute to test planning and estimation
- Continuously improve test coverage, quality, and efficiency
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
- Robust programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI/CD
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
