- To Co-ordinate with the assigned unit departments to prepare the annual shutdown activity bar chart along with resource mapping (availability of the spare and services)
- Department spare parts planning and procurement
- To Develop critical maintenance job plans and co-ordinate work with execution team via standardized maintenance SAP work flow processes
- To effectively co-ordinate / facilitate maintenance meetings to meet maintenance goals and objectives
- To timely create and track the maintenance work order for the NCR submitted by Inspector
- To track maintenance costs of equipment and work order through SAP
- To Co-ordinate with the execution team to ensure the compliance to RCA in SAP for unplanned stoppages and implementation of the CAPA.
- To maintain list of the chronic maintenance problem and co-ordinate with the execution team for its mitigation
- Follow-up for compliance of data in the SAP.
