We are hiring for a global manufacturing MNC looking for a senior leader to drive its next phase of Supply Chain Planning transformation.

- Role: Lead Supply Chain Planning Digitization and Autonomous Planning.

- Experience: 12–20 years in Supply Chain Planning, Planning Transformation and Digitalization.

- Core mandate: Drive touchless forecasting, DRP, MPP, materials planning and self-healing planning parameters.

- Technology: Solid Kinaxis/RapidResponse exposure; experience with SAP IBP/APO, o9, Blue Yonder or similar planning platforms is valuable.

- Digital agenda: Leverage AI/ML, advanced analytics, optimization and automation to reduce manual planner intervention.

- Leadership scope: Partner with global Supply Chain, Digital, Data & Analytics and plant teams to implement scalable solutions across regions and manufacturing sites.

- Business impact: Improve planning efficiency, service levels, inventory and operational performance.
