Responsibilities
- Conduct client discovery sessions to understand and analyse business processes.
- Map existing workflows and design improved processes based on business needs.
- Configure workflows, forms, approvals, risk scoring, and integrations.
- Manage project delivery, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Troubleshoot integrations and ensure successful go-live.
- Share customer feedback with product teams and create reusable templates.
Requirements
- Experience in technical delivery, solutions architecture, or implementation consulting.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and data mapping.
- Scripting experience in Python or JavaScript.
- Production experience with LLMs, retrieval, agent workflows, and output evaluation.
- Experience managing project plans, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
