Role & responsibilities

- Review structural, architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings to detect discrepancies before construction begins.
- Define property boundaries and plotting the, layout on the field, including establishing grades and elevations
- Monitor day-to-day work, ensuring masons and laborers follow technical specifications and that the structure is built to withstand, loads.
- Inspect materials (cement, steel, sand) for quality and testing concrete strength, to ensure longevity.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and, subcontractors, to ensure seamless communication.
- Ensuring the foundation is robust, particularly in areas with poor, soil, conditions.
- Ensuring high-quality finishes, for luxury,, components, in high-end villas

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech-Civil Engineering
- Experience in Flats, House & Villas construction.
- Proficiency in, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural, analysis.
- Ability to resolve unexpected, technical issues in office.
- Precision in measurements and, inspection.
- Effective communication with labor and, stakeholders
