Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with ITIL processes and SAP systems.
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., customer feedback, performance metrics) to improve overall product quality.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance Specialist role or similar position.
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and its application in an IT services environment.
- Proficiency in using SAP systems for testing purposes.
- Experience working on ITSM projects or initiatives.
