Role & responsibilities

- Align HR strategy with business vision and objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent understanding of the business context and the ability to work in an international workplace.
- Experience in building relationships and partnering with the business in the HR field.
- Experience in executing HR strategy and coaching effective leadership, with very strong influencing skills.
- Knowledge and practical experience in delivering strategies related to succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
