Roles Responsibilities-

- Ensure the features delivered are fit for purpose and meet the required quality standards according to client expectations, including build, unit testing and deployment.
- At this leadership role, blend deep domain and technical expertise within a feature team while demonstrating a solid passion for coaching and developing people in a player-coach capacity.
- Work hands-on alongside engineering colleagues to deliver high-quality, customer-driven software.
- Work in a quick-paced Agile environment and collaborate closely with the team to complete assigned work, demonstrate progress and address well-defined, complex and often non-routine problems.
- Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Java, Spring Boot and Quarkus.




- Strong hands-on backend development experience with Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot and Quarkus.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and/or Quarkus.
- Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Experience building and deploying microservices using Docker, Helm and Kubernetes (K8s) configurations.
- Strong knowledge of BDD/TDD and JUnit.
- Strong understanding of the complete software development lifecycle.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Sonar and Docker.
- Significant experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, including Scrum, Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with GCP and cloud-native application development.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience and understanding of API gateways.
