We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our team for SPE – AR Calling positions across multiple locations.

- Job Title: SPE – AR Calling

- Industry: US Healthcare

- Locations: Hyderabad, Chennai & Kolkata

- CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA

- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days

- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

- Experience: Relevant experience in AR Calling

Key Responsibilities

For AR Calling:

- Handle accounts receivable follow-ups with US insurance companies.

- Make outbound calls to insurance payers regarding claim status, denials and pending payments.

- Identify claim denials and work on resolution to ensure timely reimbursement.

- Follow up on outstanding claims and maintain accurate documentation.

- Meet productivity,



quality and process performance targets.

Required Skills

- Relevant experience in AR Calling

- Knowledge of US Healthcare processes and medical billing.

- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to meet process targets.

- Willingness to work in shifts based on business requirements.
