Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Planning / FP&A; professional to manage group-level financial MIS, budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and financial analytics across 30+ subsidiaries and business verticals.

The role involves working closely with senior leadership, the Group CFO, business heads, and the Corporate & Finance Planning team to ensure accurate financial reporting, budget governance, and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and deliver group-level MIS, financial dashboards, flash reports, and monthly/quarterly management reports.
- Consolidate financial and operational data across 30+ subsidiaries and business verticals.
- Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial performance tracking.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis covering budget vs. actuals, forecast vs. actuals, and year-on-year/quarter-on-quarter performance.
- Monitor revenue growth, margins, costs, and profitability,



highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Ensure reconciliation between statutory financial data and management MIS.
- Analyse P&L; movements, cost trends, margin performance, and expense drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards using SAP and advanced Excel-based reporting.
- Drive standardisation, automation, and improvements in financial reporting processes.
- Prepare financial performance presentations and provide analytical support to senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance Planning, FP&A;, MIS, or Group Finance.
- Strong experience in group-level reporting and multi-entity financial consolidation.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance tracking.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel.
- Robust understanding of P&L;, financial reporting, accounting flows, and financial governance.
