Experience:2-5 years of laboratory/R&D; experience in food, natural products, or analytical
M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.Tech (Biotechnology/Food Technology or related field).

Perform HPLC analysis for identification and quantification of compounds in natural
products, plant extracts, and complex food matrices.
• Support analysis using GC-MS and UV-Visible spectrophotometer
