We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Solution Architect / Lead Consultant to lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP Transportation Management on S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP TM planning, execution, freight settlement, and logistics integration, along with experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP TM solution architecture, design, implementation, and optimization on S/4HANA.
- Configure and manage transportation planning, Freight Unit Building, Transportation Cockpit, carrier selection, tendering, freight settlement, and charge management.
- Design and implement inbound, outbound, intercompany, multimodal, parcel, and global transportation solutions.
- Drive SAP TM integration with SAP EWM, S/4HANA, SAP LMD, and SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L).
- Manage SAP TM Optimizer/VSR Optimizer for route optimization, load consolidation, vehicle utilization, and constraint management.




- Define and govern transportation master data, integration frameworks, and logistics processes.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, workshops, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Ensure solution scalability, performance, and compliance with SAP best practices.
- Mentor technical and functional teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience.
- Solid hands-on expertise in SAP TM on S/4HANA.
- Multiple end-to-end SAP TM implementations as Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Expertise in transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and charge management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP TM Optimizer/VSR Optimizer.
- Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM and S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP TM master data, logistics processes, and integration architecture.
- Excellent solution design, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
