Role: IT Talent Acquisition

Relevant Experience in IT Recruitment: Minimum 2+ Years

Location: Bangalore, Yelahanka

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have experience working in a corporate MNC workplace or have worked as part of an RPO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across Retail, E-commerce, and Supply Chain Management domains
- Handle hiring for technical roles including Frontend, Backend, SAP, Testing, Android, DevOps, and other niche skill sets
- Demonstrate strong sourcing capabilities using job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals
- Drive strategic hiring initiatives with a focus on proactive sourcing
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate closely with hiring managers
- Oversee interview scheduling, feedback tracking, and offer rollouts
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles,



build candidate profiles, and create effective job briefs
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, including effective communication, expectation management, and coordination with internal teams
- Collaborate with the TA Manager on recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
- Ensure timely closures by working closely with all stakeholders
- Must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is mandatory.
