Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management (WMS) Consultant who can work closely with business stakeholders to understand warehouse processes, gather requirements, configure D365 WMS, and deliver effective solutions.The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of warehouse operations and hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Warehouse Management.Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse operations.
- Understand AS-IS and TO-BE warehouse processes and identify process gaps.
- Configure and implement D365 Warehouse Management based on business requirements.
- Work on inbound and outbound warehouse processes including:
- Purchase order receiving
- Put-away
- Picking
- Packing
- Shipment
- Replenishment
- Inventory movements
- Cycle counting

- Configure and work with:

- Work templates
- Location directives
- Wave processing
- Warehouse/mobile device menus
- Warehouse locations and inventory dimensions
- Load and shipment processes

- Support barcode scanning and mobile warehouse processes.
- Work with inventory, procurement, sales and other D365 SCM modules for integrated business processes.




- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and solution design documents.
- Conduct functional testing, UAT support and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations and integrations.
- Participate in client discussions, demos and solution walkthroughs.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users.
- Support production issues and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management / WMS.
- Good understanding of warehouse management concepts and processes.
- Robust knowledge of inbound, outbound, picking, packing, put-away and replenishment.
- Experience with work templates, location directives and wave processing.
- Knowledge of D365 mobile device functionality.
- Understanding of inventory management and inventory dimensions.
- Experience with integrations between WMS and other D365 modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to interact directly with business users and clients.
