Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the delivery of managed services to clients, ensuring timely completion of projects and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and internal teams.
- Analyze data using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to identify trends and areas for improvement in service management processes.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, track progress against goals, and resolve issues.
Job Requirements :
- 8-13 years of experience in financial services industry or related field.
- Solid understanding of Service Management Manager principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to analyze large datasets using tools like Power BI or similar technologies.
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to create clear reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
