We are hiring for the Area Business Manager, International Sales- SEA MARKET in Nagpur.

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Experience: 7+ Years
Market: International Southeast Asia
Industry: Pharmaceutical / Pharma Excipients / Specialty Chemicals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and drive business across Asia & Africa markets.
- Identify and develop recent international customers and business opportunities.
- Manage existing distributors, customers, and business partners.
- Drive B2B sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and business conversion.
- Develop country-wise and market-wise sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual international sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer/distributor follow-ups and business reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, technical requirements, documentation, and order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.




- Build long-term relationships with international customers and distributors.
- Travel internationally whenever required for customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development.

What We're Looking For :

7+ years of experience in International Sales / Business Development
Strong exposure to Southeast Asian countries
Proven experience in B2B international sales
Pharmaceutical / Pharma Excipients experience preferred
Candidates from Pharma / Excipients / Specialty Chemicals / related B2B industries may apply
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong customer relationship and business development skills
Target-oriented and commercially driven approach
Willingness to travel internationally
