Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Fresher Application Engineer to join our core engineering team. This role focuses on providing pre-sales technical support, conducting live welding trials and product demonstrations, selecting joint designs, and recommending industrial welding equipment and automation solutions. The candidate will work closely with customers, Sales, and System Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas

- Process Evaluation: Analyze customer manufacturing setups, evaluate welding requirements, and identify process challenges.
- Welding Trials & Demos: Conduct live welding trials and technical demonstrations at customer facilities or internal testing labs.
- Technical Recommendation: Assist clients in selecting optimal joint designs, welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, Robotic/Cobot), and power sources.
- Pre-Sales & ROI Modeling: Support the Sales team with ROI-based solution proposals, pre-sales technical presentations, and application engineering advice.
- Documentation & Proposals:



Prepare technical proposals, trial reports, application studies, and technical documentation.
- Implementation Support: Collaborate with System Engineers during equipment installation, commissioning, and process fine-tuning.
- Technology Tracking: Stay updated on modern welding automation, cobot systems, and innovative manufacturing technologies.

Specialized Welding Domain Training

The selected candidate will undergo training and be expected to develop expertise in:

- Power Sources: Industrial welding equipment and high-performance power sources.
- Arc Processes: MIG/MAG and TIG manual/semi-automatic welding systems.
- Robotics & Cobots: Robotic and Team-oriented Robot (Cobot) welding automation.
- Process Optimization: Welding process selection, joint design optimization, and defect analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Qualification:ITI in Welder Trade from a recognized institute.
- Experience Level: Freshers are eligible. 01 year experience or academic projects/internships in welding, automation, or industrial machinery is an advantage.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical problem-solving mindset with a passion for industrial automation and manufacturing.
- Communication: Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for compiling reports and presentations.
- Requirements: Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel across Gujarat for client site trials.
