Role Summary:
We are seeking HR Operations Associates to support endtoend Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes for a global client.
The role involves delivering Tier1 HR Helpdesk services| executing H2R transactions| and partnering with global HR teams.
German language fluency is mandatory.
Requirement Count 92 German Language Specialist with knowledge in HRO9 English Language Specialist with knowledge in HRO
Key Responsibilities:
A. HR Helpdesk Advisory (Tier1)- Handle HR queries related to Compensation| Perks| Payroll| LD| Timekeeping| Workday transactions| Recruiting| and Performance Management.- Provide voice and nonvoice support in German and English.- Manage and resolve tickets across multiple HR queues.- Support hightouch cases such as pay-out| health and wellness related suport.
B.
Hire-to-Retire Transactional Activities- Process Workday HCM updates across the employee lifecycle.- Support onboarding activities including document verification and background checks.- Coordinate offboarding workflows including exit documentation.
C. Learning and Development - familiarity with end-to-end workflows within learning administration- Is able to co-ordinate and calibrate with different stakeholders - Ensures managing vendor co-ordination| invoicing and learning event administration
D. Data Quality- Maintain SLA| TAT| and quality standards.- Ensure PII protection and data confidentiality.- Utilize ServiceNow| dashboards| and knowledge bases.
E. Continuous Improvement- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.- Participate in training| calibrations
