Role- SharePoint Consultant with Nintex

Location- Pune (Hybrid)

Summary

We are looking for a Senior Technical Application Manager with 9+ years of experience to manage, enhance, and support business applications, databases, reporting, document management, and workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage application development, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Develop and support applications using Visual Studio.
- Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and SQL.
- Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and Power BI.
- Configure and support DocuWare, DocuSign, Nintex, MacroView, OneSpan, Exact/BPA,



and SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
- Coordinate team activities, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Management, or related field.
- 9+ years of relevant experience.
- Solid SQL and RDBMS experience.
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, SSRS, and Power BI.
- Experience with document management/workflow platforms.
- Strong business analysis, Agile/Scrum, user story, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
