Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Record to Report (RTR) professional with robust expertise in month-end closing, journal entries, general ledger accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage accounting activities independently while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

- Strong practical experience in Record to Report, including ownership and review of month-end close activities.
- Journal entries: Ability to prepare and review entries, understand upstream dependencies, and assess downstream accounting impacts.
- Chart of Accounts: Sound knowledge of account structures and appropriate accounting classifications.
- Excel and Google Sheets:



Experience handling large datasets using advanced formulas and analytical techniques.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Strong preparation and review skills, including investigation and resolution of reconciling items.
- Problem-solving and ownership: Proactive follow-up, timely stakeholder responses, and the ability to resolve RTR issues while guiding the team.
- Communication and delivery: Solid communication skills, a clear understanding of client expectations, and the ability to meet quality and turnaround-time commitments.
