Roles and Responsibility

- Conduct field visits to recover outstanding loans from defaulting customers.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize loan defaults and improve collection efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recovery process.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of credit underwriting, risk management, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a agile business landscape.
- A graduate degree is required for this position.
