Job Purpose

Create and update layouts of premises using AutoCAD in the Bank's Space Management application. Oversee space management across multiple locations, ensuring accurate data and efficient utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Space Management; Obtain and update layouts of premises, including recent and revised layouts; Assign and classify space as per policy and maintain detailed utilization records; Review daily desk space requests and update status;

Research and suggest changes in space assignments for efficiency; Stakeholder Collaboration; Work with internal stakeholders to plan future space requirements; Coordinate layout changes and support project execution; Support project management in branch expansion during crises;





Data Management & Reporting; Ensure timely updates and accuracy of data in the Space Management application; Publish monthly reports for Regional Head and Central Team; Provide Workspace Management Dashboard for senior management review;

Travel & Inspections; Conduct regular travel to assigned locations for inspections; Inspect desks and records physically to maintain inventory accuracy.

Education:

Degree in Architectural, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or Graduate with related work experience.

Certifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Space Management applications.
