Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting, including assessing their condition, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Conduct daily rounds on patients, perform procedures such as intubation and medication administration as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and share knowledge with colleagues.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in critical care medicine or related field (ICU).
- Strong foundation in critical care medicine principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.
