Responsibilities

- Manage Client expectations
- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
- Exposure to Quality process and compliance metrics.
- Coordinate and oversee Python/Django development, API integration, and database-related activities.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure functional parity, testing, data integrity, and successful production deployment.
- Drive migration strategy, release planning, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Requirements





- Knowledge of Python, Django, REST APIs, and modern web application architecture.
- Experience in legacy application modernization or migration projects
- Exposure to SDLC and relevant process
- Excellent stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in Oracle Forms, Database and PL/SQL is an added advantage
- Exposure to AI tools like Co-pilot and Chat GPT

Preferred

- Experience managing Oracle Forms to Python/Django migration or similar legacy application modernization projects Desirable.
