Roles and Responsibilities
- Record to Report (RTR) process, including journal entries, accruals, and month end reporting.
- Intercompany reconciliations and intercompany accounting.
- Fixed asset accounting, balance sheet management, and general ledger accounting.
- Month end closing procedures and trial balance preparation.
- GL Accounting tasks such as debit notes, credit notes, GST filing, TDS filing, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in finance or related field with expertise in RTR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., B.B.A. / B.M.S. Finance or B.Com).
- Robust understanding of Indian GAAP principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and record-keeping purposes.
