Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the migration of legacy Oracle Forms applications to contemporary Python/Django web applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Client expectations
- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
- Exposure to Quality process & compliance metrics.
- Coordinate & oversee Python/Django development, API integration, and database-related activities.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure functional parity, testing, data integrity, and successful production deployment.
- Drive migration strategy, release planning, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

- Fluent in communication & excellent articulation skills




- Strong experience in project management through appropriate tools & techniques.
- Knowledge of Python, Django, REST APIs, and modern web application architecture.
- Experience in legacy application modernization or migration projects
- Exposure to SDLC & relevant process
- Excellent stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in Oracle Forms, Database & PL/SQL is an added advantage
- Exposure to AI tools like Co-pilot & Chat GPT
