Job Summary
- We are looking for a Resource Coordinator who will act as the key link between our global clients and internal Technical Leads and Project Managers
- The role is responsible for analyzing client and project manpower requirements, planning and coordinating resource availability, and managing communication with international clients from requirement to joining
- The ideal candidate combines excellent communication and negotiation skills with robust coordination and follow-up discipline, and is confident speaking directly with international customers on calls and over email to manage expectations, timelines and outcomes
