- Review product manufacturability and process feasibility.
- Ensure APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan readiness.
- Manage pilot builds and validation runs.
- Drive closure of design/process issues before SOP.
- Track milestone adherence and escalation management.
- Customer coordination for technical discussions and audits.
- Resource planning for successful project launch.
