The IFM Field Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations across all IFM verticals, including Security Services, Housekeeping, Janitorial Services, Pantry Services, Technical Services, Landscaping, and Pest Control. The role involves manpower mobilization, site support, client coordination, operational monitoring, and ensuring seamless service delivery at client locations.

- Arrange and deploy manpower across all IFM service verticals as per client requirements.
- Maintain a database of available manpower and relievers.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service delivery and operational performance.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment as per contract requirements.
- Verify attendance, shift scheduling, and workforce allocation.
- Track manpower attrition across sites.Track manpower attrition across sites.
- Respond promptly to manpower shortages and client escalations.
- Arrange relief staff during emergencies and unforeseen situations.
