Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive – Term Insurance with hands-on experience in Life Insurance or Term Insurance sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, customer engagement, lead conversion, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for Term Insurance products.
- Connect with potential customers, understand their insurance requirements, and recommend suitable term insurance solutions.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospective customers into policy buyers.
- Explain policy features, coverage, premium, eligibility, benefits, exclusions, and claim-related information accurately.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial customer interaction to policy conversion and issuance coordination.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, conversion targets,



and business performance KPIs.
- Follow up with interested leads to improve lead conversion and closure rates.
- Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Ensure transparent customer communication and adherence to company processes and insurance sales compliance guidelines.
