HR Operations | Delhi & Ahmedabad

Company: Genius HRTech Ltd.

Location: Delhi & Ahmedabad

Experience: 1-3 years

Salary: 2 - 3 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)

Job Description:

* Detail-oriented with good communication and stakeholder management skills

* Process payroll inputs (attendance, leave)

* New wage labour code (Gratuity, Gross, F&F;)

* Knowledge of HR compliance and statutory processes (PF, ESIC, PTax)

* Offer letter, onboarding, documentation etc.

Skills Required:

* Positive communication, smart and dynamic

* Advanced Excel

* Advance Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Duplicate Value, COUNTIF, SUMIF etc
