Job Title: Field Engineer Location: Delhi, India Department

Operations / Technical Support Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Field Engineer to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our educational technology solutions, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Visit schools for installation and setup of systems (smart panels, robotics kits, digital classroom solutions, etc.) • Perform regular maintenance and servicing at school locations • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in office in schools • Provide basic training and support to teachers and school staff • Coordinate with the operations and technical team for issue resolution • Maintain service reports and documentation for each school visit • Ensure timely completion of assigned school service requests • Build a good relationship with school authorities and staff Required Skills & Qualifications:



• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, Electrical, or related field) • 0–2 years of experience in field service or technical support (freshers can apply) • Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with daily travel to schools across Delhi • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Skills: • Experience in educational technology / robotics / IT hardware installations • Familiarity with smart boards, interactive panels, or digital classroom setups Salary & Benefits: • Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 CTC per month • Travel Allowance • Training & Skill Development Programs Working Days: 6 days a week (Field-based role) How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their resume at: [email protected]
