We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Captain to manage restaurant floor operations, supervise service staff, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage restaurant floor operations and table allocation.
- Supervise waiters and stewards to ensure smooth service.
- Take guest orders and coordinate with the kitchen for timely food delivery.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues.
- Manage table reservations and guest waiting.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and staff grooming.
- Coordinate with the cashier for billing and with the kitchen for KOT management.
- Maintain discipline and follow restaurant service standards.
