About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable, local Bangalore-based Accounts Executive to join our core Finance & Accounts team. This is a multi-functional role suitable for an accountant capable of handling routine daily accounting operations, ledger entries, and general financial support, with mandatory hands-on expertise in Bank Accounting & Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

- Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting Support: Handle daily voucher entries (Petty Cash, JVs, Expenses), vendor invoice matching (AP), and customer payment tracking (AR).
- Bank Accounting & BRS: Perform daily posting of incoming/outgoing bank transactions (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI) and prepare periodic Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve bank statement mismatches, un-cleared cheques,



or pending charges by coordinating with bank representatives.
- Audit & Documentation: Maintain digital and physical files for invoices, receipts, and bank statements for internal/external audits.
- General Finance Duties: Provide routine administrative and financial reporting support to senior management as required.
- Candidate RequirementsEducation: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Finance preferred).
- Location: Must be residing in Bangalore with a comfortable daily commute to the office.
- Mandatory Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Bank Accounting & BRS.
- Working knowledge of Tally (or standard accounting software).
- Positive command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Key Traits: High attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, and willingness to adapt to changing accounting tasks.
