Job Description :
- Aggregator Integration: Ensure the kitchen stays live and active across delivery platforms (such as Swiggy, Zomato ) during all operating hours without unplanned downtime or item switch-offs.
- Ticket Time & Speed: Monitor and reduce Average Order Preparation Time (prep time) to meet platform targets and avoid rider delays.
- Order Accuracy: Track and minimize wrong-item, missing-item, or spilled-order complaints.
- SOP Execution: Ensure standardized recipes, portion sizes, packaging, and plating rules are strictly followed across every virtual brand operating out of the kitchen.
- Peak-Hour Leadership: Lead the team hands-on during high-volume lunch and dinner rushes.
