Job Title: Legal Consultant

We are looking for a responsible and knowledgeable Legal Executive / Legal Advisor to handle legal matters, documentation, compliance, and provide legal guidance related to the operations of an immigration consultancy.

- Key Responsibilities Handle and review legal documentation related to immigration cases and company operations.

- Provide legal guidance to management and staff on immigration-related matters within the scope of the role.
- Review agreements, contracts, undertakings, declarations, notices, and other legal documents.

- Maintain proper records of legal documents, cases, notices, and correspondence.

- Ensure that the company does not make misleading or legally non-compliant claims to clients.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for legal documentation and compliance requirements.
- Keep the management updated regarding significant changes in applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information.
