Job Overview:

The Facility Supervisor will oversee daily facility operations at Hanto workspaces, ensuring efficient maintenance, safety compliance, and smooth coordination of on-site services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and utility systems
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet service standards
- Conduct routine inspections and resolve maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory requirements
- Maintain basic operational records and reports

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a related field




- 0–2 years of experience in facility or building operations

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance
- Vendor coordination and supervision skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
