- Job ResponsibilitiesCosting & Quotation: Prepare product costing, process costing, and quotations based on customer drawings and requirements.
- Feasibility Study: Evaluate technical and manufacturing feasibility of current components, including material, tooling, machines, and processes.
- Tool Development: Coordinate with tool designers, tool rooms, and vendors for development of press tools, dies, fixtures, and gauges.
- Project Tracking: Monitor development timelines, maintain project trackers, and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
- Sample Development: Coordinate prototype manufacturing, tool trials, sample inspection, and necessary corrections.
- PPAP Documentation: Coordinate preparation and submission of PPAP documents, ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Production Handover: Ensure successful handover of approved products to regular production after PPAP completion.




- Required SkillsBasic understanding of mechanical engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, stamping, welding, and tooling will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and costing preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for projects.
