Job OverviewFreechargeBiz is looking for motivated and experienced candidates for the position of Sales Manager – Gold Loan. The ideal candidate should have relevant gold loan sales experience, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.

- Roles and ResponsibilitiesDrive gold loan sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Identify and acquire recent customers through field activities and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Explain gold loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures to customers.
- Address customer queries and ensure a smooth loan application process.
- Develop local market connections to generate new business opportunities.




- Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer transactions.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards business growth.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th Pass to Any Degree
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in gold loan sales; prior experience is mandatory.
- Gender: Male/Female
- Age: 24–42 years
- Languages Required: English and Hindi
