Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tenant Field Relationship Manager to assist tenants with their rental requirements, provide property-related support, and ensure a smooth rental experience.

- Roles and ResponsibilitiesMeet tenants and understand their rental requirements.
- Assist tenants with property visits and rental-related services.
- Coordinate with property owners and tenants to resolve queries.
- Explain NoBroker services and convince customers to use the platform.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful transactions.




- Achieve assigned targets and maintain daily activity reports.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
- Knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
- EligibilityFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in field sales, real estate, or customer relationship management are preferred.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and customer meetings.
