Job Summary

We are looking for a enthusiastic and customer-oriented Steward to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our dining area, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service, prompt attention, and a welcoming atmosphere.

This is an entry-level position. We highly welcome freshers with a passion for hospitality, as well as candidates with a minimum of 3 months of experience looking to grow their career in the F&B; industry. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Service: Welcome and seat guests warmly, present menus, and answer basic questions about food and beverage offerings.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Table Setup: Set up tables with clean linen, silverware, glassware, and condiments according to restaurant standards.
- Food Delivery:



Serve food and beverages to tables promptly and at the correct temperature.
- Clearing & Cleaning: Clear tables quickly after guests finish, sanitize dining areas, and assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Upselling: Suggest appetizers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the guest dining experience.
- Billing Assistance: Present bills to guests, accept payments, and return change or receipts accurately.
