About the Role :
we are a growing real estate firm looking for energetic SALES EXECUTIVE to connect with potential buyers, understand their property needs, and guide them to the right deal. If you enjoy talking to people and want to earn well through incentives, this role is for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
>Call prospective clients from provided leads and identity intrested buyers
>Understand Client requirements such as budget, location and purpose ( living or investment)
> Follow up regularly with leads over calls and WatsApp
> Share property details and the book explain project features clearly
> Negotiate and help close deals
> Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Requirements :
Good Communication skills in beasic English
Confident on phone calls and comfortable meeting Clients
self- motivated with the target-driven attitude
Experience in real estate is positive
