- Monitor network/site alarms on a regular basis.

- Monitor and track non-communication sites.

- Make calls to concerned teams/vendors regarding site issues.

- Follow up for resolution of alarms and site outages.

- Prepare daily basic reports in MS Excel.

- Maintain site status and issue records.

- Handle official emails through MS Outlook, including reading, replying and forwarding emails.

- Send daily updates and reports through email.

- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the concerned team.

- Coordinate with different teams for timely issue resolution.

- Provide regular updates on pending and resolved issues.
