### Job Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire new customers through market visits.

* Generate leads for loan products from small retailers and business outlets.

* Promote Overdraft and Retail Loan products.

* Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

* Support loan servicing and collection activities.

* Achieve sales targets and help improve collection efficiency.

* Work independently as well as with the team.

### Eligibility Criteria

* **Education:** 10th Pass / Matriculation / PUC

* **Experience:** 0–2 years; freshers may apply.

* Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to handle customers and generate sales.

* Proficiency in Hindi, English and the local language.

* Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.

### Mandatory Requirements

* Own insured two-wheeler.

* Valid driving licence.
