Job OverviewFreechargeBiz is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for its Gold Loan Division in Jayanagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in gold loan sales, business development, and customer relationship management.

- Roles and ResponsibilitiesDrive gold loan sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
- Explain gold loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase gold loan business.




- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of gold loan applications.
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th pass.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in gold loan sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable sales, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
