Job OverviewWe are looking for a confident, highly professional, and result-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, fluent English-speaking abilities, and the confidence to communicate with international clients interested in Canadian Permanent Residency (PR), Express Entry, and other immigration pathways.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective clients interested in Canadian PR and immigration services.
- Understand clients' profiles, including education, work experience, age, and language proficiency.
- Explain immigration programs, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application procedures clearly.
- Handle client queries professionally and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Convert qualified leads into potential clients through effective counselling and sales communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with authorized immigration professionals whenever required.
- Candidate RequirementsExcellent English Communication: Fluent in spoken English with robust grammar, pronunciation, and professional conversation skills.
- Strong Communication & Presentation: Must be confident while handling international clients over calls.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in immigration consultancy,



Canada PR, Express Entry, overseas education, international sales, or client counselling will be preferred.
- Sales & Counselling Skills: Ability to understand client requirements, explain services, handle objections, and generate conversions.
- Professional Attitude: Confident, persuasive, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Immediate Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at the earliest will be strongly preferred.
- Work Location: Must be comfortable working from the office in Kanpur.

Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are specifically looking for candidates with near-fluent to fluent English communication, excellent client-handling abilities, and a professional approach to international client counselling. Candidates with relevant immigration experience and a proven sales track record will be given preference.
