We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Guest Service Associate to join our cinema team at Movie Time Cinemas, Rudrapur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist guests with ticket checking and entry to the auditorium.
- Guide guests regarding show timings, screens, and seating arrangements.
- Handle guest queries politely and resolve basic concerns.
- Ensure a smooth and comfortable movie-going experience for all guests.
- Follow cinema operational standards and safety procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team and support daily cinema operations.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Freshers are also welcome.
